I have over two decades of experience teaching design at undergraduate and postgraduate levels across Australia, China, and the Netherlands. My teaching integrates studio-based learning, technology innovation, and industry-linked projects to foster creativity, critical thinking, and graduate employability. Consistently recognised for high student feedback in Australia and internationally, I ground my teaching philosophy in inclusive, human-centred, and practice-based learning that empowers students to address global challenges. I have actively embedded AI-enhanced pedagogies to support creativity, productivity, and personalised learning, with my published work in this area already gaining international recognition. As an educational leader, I have led transnational initiatives, including the hybrid delivery of eight design units in collaboration with Shandong University of Science and Technology (SDUST).
