RESEARCH INTERESTS
My research and professional inquiries sit at the nexus of educational technology, digital ethics, and inclusive systems design. My key areas of interest include:
- Connectivism & Educational Technology: Investigating how digital ecosystems and peer-learning strategies can dismantle traditional educational barriers to foster continuous knowledge-sharing. My past work includes publications on peer learning as an ICT-based competency integration strategy (IEEE SCCC).
- Inclusive Education & Assistive AI: Evaluating the intersection of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and artificial intelligence. This includes designing survey instruments and gathering qualitative insights on how AI-supported assistive tools can support neurodivergent learners.
- Digital Health Workforce Innovation: Exploring how connectivist approaches can be used to build capabilities and data ethics frameworks within the digital health workforce (MEDINFO).
- Digital Ethics & Data Governance: Designing frameworks that ensure technological advancements, particularly in health and AI, are deployed ethically and transparently.
